Lesson Title
Estimating Square Roots
Overview
In today’s class we start off with a puzzle to bring your brain back up to speed. We then do a quick review of the homework from the last class and proceed to developing our ability to estimate the square root of a number to the nearest tenth. Finally we review our understanding of exponents and apply it to working with algebraic symbols.
